Business centres
Need a document photocopied or faxed in a hurry? These services, in addition to typing and mailing of documents, are available at Changi's Transit Hotels. The business centres open daily from 07.00 to 23.00, with photocopying and faxing services available 24 hours.

Changi Business Aviation Centre
Want to avoid the crowds? CEOs, senior executives and businessmen flying to and out of Changi in their private or chartered aircraft can now clear immigration, customs and security formalities in a comfortable lounge setting at the Changi Business Aviation Centre located at Terminal 1.
This is an exclusive, one-stop channel with dedicated vehicle pick-up and drop-off areas for passengers. Passengers can also hold meetings and discussions here.
Businessmen travelling on a scheduled flight but have special needs for exclusivity and privacy can also request to be facilitated through the centre. Such arrangements are made on a case-by-case basis.
The Changi Business Aviation Centre is available for use at S$1,000 (US$571) per flight.

Staying connected
Dial-Up Internet
Passengers with their own notebook computers and standard modem cards can dial up for free to Singapore's Internet service providers (ISPs) from any PC connection point. There are 14 points at the e-hub located at Terminal 2's Departure/Transit Lounge, eight points each in Terminals 1 and 2, and two points near Terminal 2's Goods & Services Tax Refund counters.
Infrared Internet Data Access Kiosk
Passengers using personal digital assistants (PDAs) or laptops with infrared (IR) can enjoy free high-speed wireless access to the Internet, send or retrieve emails. To connect, simply position the IR ports in line with the transceivers on the kiosks. The kiosks are integrated with SMS (Short Message Service) to provide multiple services to passengers at the same location. These kiosks can be found in the Departure/Transit Lounges of both Terminals 1 and 2 at the following locations:
• Next to Internet and LAN
Gaming Centre in Terminal 1
• Near Terminal 1 `D' Gate
• Near Terminal 1 `C' Gate
Terminal 1 Internet and Local Area Network (LAN) Gaming Centre
At the Departure/Transit Lounge of Terminal 1 near the News Hub, the Internet and LAN Gaming Centre is a one-stop communications centre that provides broadband services for high-speed web surfing.
Internet surfing is available at S$2.00 per 15-minute block, and LAN Gaming is available at S$3.00 per 30-minute block.
The centre also provides other services such as CD-writing, colour and/or black-and-white printing, photocopying and international faxing. The charges are S$1.00 (colour printing), S$0.50 (black-and-white printing), S$0.30 (black-and-white photocopying), S$1.00 (international faxing), S$0.50 (local faxing) and S$8.00 (burning of data onto CD).
It operates from 07.00 to 23.00 daily, and free Internet access is available from 23.00 to 06.00.
Terminal 2 e-hub
Located in Terminal 2 at the Departure/Transit Lounge, the e-hub is a one-stop communications centre that provides broadband services for high-speed web surfing.
Internet Access PCs are available at S$2.00 per 15-minute block.
Other services such as colour or black-and-white printing, photocopying and international/ local faxing are also available. Charges and operating hours are similar to Terminal 1's Internet and Local Area Network (LAN) Gaming Centre.
In addition, those with laptops or PDAs can enjoy free broadband Internet surfing using Ethernet LAN (IEEE 802.3), IR and Dial-up. They can gain high-speed, hassle-free reconfiguration of the browser proxy settings and Internet Protocol
settings. They can immediately send emails without connection to their corporate or Internet Service Provider e-mail servers.
Free Internet Corners
Passengers can now surf the Internet for free at the Free Internet Corners, specially set up for passengers in the Departure/Transit Lounge of Terminals 1 and 2. They are open 24 hours daily and can be found next to the Atlantis Café at the E-Pier in Terminal 2 and near Transfer C Lounge in Terminal 1.
Wireless Broadband Internet Access
Changi offers wireless broadband Internet access at speeds of up to 11mbps in Terminals 1 and 2. Wireless LAN cards can be loaned for free from Terminal 2's e-hub or Terminal 1's Internet and LAN Gaming Centre helpdesks.
Documents can be printed from anywhere in the airport through the wireless Internet access. You can choose to pick up your black-and-white or colour printouts from designated printers located in both terminals. Areas of coverage in both Terminals 1 and 2 include: departure halls, arrival halls, central transit areas, f&b outlets and airline lounges.

Staying charged
Travellers who prefer to travel light without the hassle of carrying charging devices can use the free handheld charging service while on the move. Each kiosk is equipped with cradles for the charging of various popular brands of handhelds such as Palm, HandSpring, Sharp and ViewSonic. One kiosk each is located at Terminal 1 Internet and LAN Gaming Centre and Terminal 2 e-hub.

Beauty & entertainment
Napping Areas
For S$30.00 per three-hour block, passengers on transit can enjoy a relaxing nap at the Shower, Fitness and Lifestyle Centre at Terminal 2, Level 3, above the Sports Arena.
Sunflower Garden
To get a breath of fresh air, visit the Sunflower Garden located at the rooftop garden outside the Terminal 2 Entertainment Centre.
Movie Theatre
Movies on cable are available for free on a 100-inch screen at Changi's movie theatre 24 hours daily. This is located at Level 3, Terminal 2, near the Entertainment Centre. There is also a new Movie Lounge in Terminal 1, Level 3 at the Food Gallery.
Quick Haircut
Travellers can now get 10-minute haircuts for just S$10. Operated by QB Net, the four cubicles are located at the arrival hall of Terminal 1. Operating hours are 07.00 to midnight daily.
