BRIEFING

Dedicated to corporates
By Sze Toh Yuin Munn

Singapore - New Park Hotel has spent S$750,000 (US$444,000) to dedicate 136 rooms on four floors to corporate travellers.

Called Stay Preferred Floors, the rooms have complimentary wired/wireless broadband Internet connection.

In addition, guests will have access to a private meeting room and a lounge, among a host of other facilities.

As a mid-tier property, New Park is targeting corporate travellers brought in by low-cost carriers, primarily from South-east Asia as well as from India, China and Japan.

Director of sales, Mr Winston Koh, said the Stay Preferred Floors would help corporate travellers on the move maximise their dollar while taking advantage of the necessary business amenities at their disposal all under one roof.
