Listening to corporate travel managers discuss their issues and
exchange ideas at the recent CTW Asia-Pacific in Pattaya, I was
impressed by the ones who obviously had tried to seek solutions in new
areas made possible by technology, global airline alliances, low-cost
carriers, etc.
